    Charles C. Morgan

    Charles C. Morgan obtained a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law, a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, a Chartered Life Underwriter Certificate and an Advanced Pension Certificate from the American College of Financial Services, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wesleyan University (Middletown, Connecticut). He has been admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Texas.

    He was an Attorney at MassMutual Life Insurance Company after which he was an attorney, a Series 26 Registered Principal, a Series 6 and 63 Registered Representative, and Vice President at The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Pruco Securities LLC where he was the Founder and CEO of Prubenefit Funding, a Prudential business for prefunding retiree nonqualified pension and health care benefits.

    He was a Member of the West Windsor Township, New Jersey governing body for thirteen years. He was the General Counsel of the Florida Society of Mayflower Descendants (the Florida Member Society of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants (Mayflower Society). The Florida Member Society of the Mayflower Society is a Florida genealogical association. The parent Mayflower Society is a Massachusetts genealogical association.

    He is the author of numerous articles, has participated in numerous legal education seminars, and has testified before Federal agencies and several state legislative committees. He also has worked with staffs in Washington, D.C. at the Senate Finance Committee, the House Ways & Means Committee, the Joint Committee on Taxation, and the Department of Treasury in the drafting of Federal legislation and regulations.

    He is a Principal of HessMorganHouse, LLC (HMH Consulting). HMH Consulting consults to Fortune 1000 companies with respect to specialized applications of life insurance. In that capacity, he also has provided expert reports and expert testimony in various legal proceedings involving life insurance. He also is a Founder and the Treasurer of The Hungerford Family Foundation, Inc., a Florida genealogical association with a Massachusetts affiliate, which is devoted to the Hungerford surname.
